Rotator Cuff Exercises you should STOP doing!

It's come to my attention that some of you with shoulder pain may still be stuck doing those crummy band exercises for the rotator cuff. Or worse, just doing nothing for your shoulder and hoping it will go away soon. Eek!
Sadly, when it comes to shoulder pain there really aren't a lot of resources out there for people other than the above mentioned crummy exercises, injections, or pills. I know you're not really interested in those options so I wanted to offer you something better and a more permanent, holistic solution.
