Piriformis Pain Exercises

These areas are by far the most common complaint/ pain area that we see at CE Sport Therapy.  And even though every injury is different- there is a common culprit that is involved in MOST cases of back and hip pain that we see.

It's a little muscle called the "Piriformis" which is deep in the glute (AKA your butt cheek!)

It is often tight, overactive, etc which pulls your hips out of alignment and puts more strain on your back and hips.

This problem is so common that we dedicated an entire 45 minute class to helping you loosen it up and make it behave.
