For Runners with Pain/Injuries!
It's that time of year when the weather turns nice and we all want to be outside in the fresh air. Many people take up running in the spring. You might even be tempted to register in some races to help motivate you!
However often our our bodies just aren't ready for such a quick change and we end up with pain either during or after a run! That's why we recommend prepping your body for running just like you would any other activity. If you are just taking up running or kicking it up a notch this spring, we recommend following along with this free class "For Running".
This class was taught in April of 2022 and we had an overwhelming amount of participants! Since there seems to be such a need for this resource, we decided to make it available to all of you who might have missed it live.The class consists of gentle stretches and exercises from an injury expert (Michelle, Our Lead Therapist!). It will help ease any pain or stiffness you are having, help you avoid an injury from occurring or resurfacing as just prep your body to be at it's best for your run!
