Lindsay’s Back!

Exciting News... I'm back, baby!

For those of you who don't know me well... Hi- I'm Lindsay. Owner of Competitive Edge, Athletic Therapist for almost 10 years now and Mama of 2 little boys.

I specialize in helping people with Chronic Pain, Jaw Pain, as well as womens health issues (pregnancy related back pain, hip pain, leaking/ incontinence, etc). My clients are your average Joe type adults who like to stay active but are more focused on their life, family and hobbies more so than intense athletic endeavors.

I use a combination of techniques that allow me to find deep rooted compensation patterns and to very gently coax the body into letting go of those protection tensions and work the way it was meant to!

The people who get the best results from my treatment are those that have tried physiotherapy, massage or chiropractic care without success. (If your chiro couldn't get a "crack" out of you, for example!). My clients have often been dealing with their pain either in the same form or migrating forms for years and are fed up with the cookie- cutter traditional approach.

I recently took some time off from seeing clients for a number of reasons (one of which is the 4 month old cutie below!)

But as of January I will be back to treating clients a few saturdays a month! My schedule will expand later in the year as my son grows but for now- I have spots available for 7 clients who wish to work with me.  Four spots will be for returning clients who have seen me before and wish to continue to work on keeping any aches and pains at bay. The other 3 spots will be reserved for new clients that I've never met before!

These 3 clients will be people who are experiencing pain or injuries that is affecting their life and who need a high degree of expertise in their treatment. If you are either a new or returning client and the above description sounds like you, click the button below to tell me your story and to request to be one of the 7 clients that I take on.

In the past my schedule was booked about 4 months in advance, which I HATED! It meant that people that needed my help had to suffer for that much longer before they could get in.
That's why this time around I'm being more picky about who I accept as a client and how far in advance I allow bookings.

Hoping to meet you and be able to help you feel your best.
Lindsay
